Charging biochar needs the right pump for the liquid. Clean liquids suit precise digital dosing pumps; digestate liquor and compost teas carry solids that block them. We supply both routes, flow-metered and logged.

The right pump for the liquid
Clean liquids are dosed precisely with a digital diaphragm pump. Organic liquids with fibres and solids, like digestate liquor and compost teas, would block that pump, so they go through a slurry pump built to pass solids. Flow meters can be added to either route.
Route A: clean liquids
Liquid fertilisers, pH correction and dissolved nutrients. Precise, repeatable dosing with a digital diaphragm pump.
Route B: organic liquids
Digestate liquor, compost and mushroom teas. A slurry pump passes fibres and solids without blocking.

Yes. Flow meters can be fitted to every line and the dose logged against biochar mass.
